1. Acceptance

By downloading, registering for, or using Elsherif Academy (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you register on behalf of a minor student, you confirm you are a parent/guardian or authorized person.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must not share your account in a way that violates our single-session or anti-abuse rules.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse content, or attempt unauthorized access.
• You may request account deletion through the app or support.

4. Courses and Content

• Course materials (videos, PDFs, exams, live sessions, etc.) are licensed for personal educational use only.
• You may not copy, redistribute, record, resell, or publicly share paid content without written permission.
• Availability of courses, live sessions, and features may change; we will try to notify users of material changes when reasonable.

5. Payments and Enrollments

• Prices and payment methods (e.g. bank transfer, library receipt, WhatsApp) are shown in the app.
• Enrollment may remain pending until payment is verified by our team.
• Refunds, if any, follow the policy communicated at purchase or by support for that course.
• Fraudulent payment proofs may result in rejection and account action.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Hack, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Upload malware or illegal content
• Harass other users or staff
• Impersonate others or misuse support channels
• Circumvent DRM, watermarks, or access controls

7. Intellectual Property

The app, branding, and educational content remain owned by Elsherif Academy and/or its licensors. No ownership is transferred to you by using the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that content will meet every learning goal. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elsherif Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for a claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant course in the 12 months before the claim, or a greater amount if required by mandatory law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

1. القبول

بتنزيل أو التسجيل في أو استخدام أكاديمية الشريف («الخدمة»)، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق، فلا تستخدم الخدمة.

2. الأهلية

يجب تقديم بيانات تسجيل صحيحة وأن تكون أهلاً للتعاقد قانوناً. إذا سجّلت نيابة عن طالب قاصر، فأنت تؤكد أنك ولي أمر أو شخص مخوّل.

3. الحسابات

• أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات الدخول.
• يُمنع مشاركة الحساب بما يخالف قواعد الجلسة الواحدة أو سياسات منع إساءة الاستخدام.
• يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات المخالفة أو المسيئة أو التي تحاول الوصول غير المصرح به.
• يمكنك طلب حذف الحساب من التطبيق أو عبر الدعم.

4. الدورات والمحتوى

• مواد الدورات (فيديو، PDF، اختبارات، بث مباشر، إلخ) مرخّصة للاستخدام التعليمي الشخصي فقط.
• يُمنع النسخ أو إعادة التوزيع أو التسجيل أو إعادة البيع أو المشاركة العامة للمحتوى المدفوع دون إذن كتابي.
• قد تتغيّر توافر الدورات أو الجلسات أو الميزات؛ وسنحاول الإخطار عند التغييرات الجوهرية متى أمكن.

5. المدفوعات والاشتراكات

• تظهر الأسعار وطرق الدفع (مثل التحويل البنكي، إيصال المكتبة، واتساب) داخل التطبيق.
• قد يبقى الاشتراك معلّقاً حتى يتحقق فريقنا من الدفع.
• أي استرداد يتبع السياسة المبلّغة عند الشراء أو عبر الدعم لتلك الدورة.
• إيصالات الدفع المزيفة قد تؤدي للرفض وإجراء على الحساب.

6. الاستخدام المقبول

تتعهد بعدم:

• اختراق الخدمة أو تعطيلها أو استخراج بياناتها بشكل غير مشروع
• رفع برمجيات ضارة أو محتوى غير قانوني
• مضايقة المستخدمين أو الموظفين
• انتحال صفة الغير أو إساءة استخدام قنوات الدعم
• تجاوز وسائل الحماية أو العلامات المائية

7. الملكية الفكرية

التطبيق والعلامة التجارية والمحتوى التعليمي ملك لأكاديمية الشريف و/أو مرخّصيها. استخدام الخدمة لا ينقل لك ملكية المحتوى.

8. إخلاء المسؤولية

تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». لا نضمن عدم الانقطاع أو تحقيق كل هدف تعليمي. في أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، نخلي مسؤوليتنا عن الضمانات غير المنصوص عليها صراحة.

9. حدود المسؤولية

في أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية الناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة. تقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن مطالبة تتعلق بالخدمة على المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا عن الدورة ذات الصلة خلال الـ 12 شهراً السابقة للمطالبة، أو أي حد أعلى يفرضه القانون الإلزامي.

11. تعديل الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. استمرار الاستخدام بعد التحديث يُعد قبولاً. يُحدَّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» وفقاً لذلك.

12. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، ما لم يقتضِ قانون حماية المستهلك الإلزامي في بلدك خلاف ذلك.
